[比赛公告] 2018 英语简报比赛 开始报名囉!

2018 ENGLISH PRESENTATION CONTEST :

PBL Outcome Exhibition

107学年度第1学期    PBL成果展现：英语简报比赛

  • 初赛报名期限/Deadline: 

          即日起至11/19(一)下午3pm以前，缴交10-12页PPT到语发中心 (M201 & M204). 

Please submit 10-12 PowerPoint slides to CDLTR (M201 & M204) by 3pm, Mon. ,Nov. 19th .

 

*初赛以缴交之PPT评选，由语发中心老师审件，通过组别进入决赛。初赛通过者将于11/23(五)公告至语发中心网站以及国际语文走廊门口。
 The judges will do a first round evaluation by examining the PowerPoint slides. Students with better performance will be selected for the final round. Entry list for the final will be announced on the website & office on Fri., Nov. 23rd.

  • 决赛日期/Date of Final Round: Wed. ,Nov. 28th, 2017

 

  • 比赛时间/Time: 13:00~16:30

 

  • 地点/Venue: M001(国际组 International group)、I221(校内组 Campus group)
  • 简报主题/Topics: AI (Artificial Intelligence)与我  AI in My Life

         Your presentation could be organized from several perspectives, for example,

  1. How does AI influence my daily life?
  2. What do you feel about applications of AI today?
  3. How would you define the relationship between AI and you?
  • 报名办法 Registration:
  1. 比赛分为国际组(含外文系、境外生及通识英文AU1,AU2学生及大二EGSP课程高级班学生，建议多益600分以上报名)与校内组(通识英文AU3, AU4及大二EGSP课程中级班学生)

The contest contains 1. International group (DFLL students, international students, General English AU1&AU2 students and Sophomore EGSP – Advanced level students are included) and 2. Campus group. (General English AU3&AU4 students and Sophomore EGSP – Intermediate level students) Students who have got a TOEIC score over 600 should join international group.

  1. 本比赛为EFL学生比赛，如队员中包含母语为英文之参赛者，则不符合参赛资格，无法参加比赛。

Since this is an EFL contest and the focus is to motivate students who live in countries where English is a foreign language, if participants come from a country where one of the official languages is English (or the participant has a passport from a country where English is an official language), that student cannot participate in the contest.

 

  • 评分方式/ Judging Criteria:

初赛：            简报内容 50%           英文使用正确度  30%         设计与创意  20%

First Round :   PTT’s Content  50%   Language Accuracy  30%    Design & Creativity  20%

 

决赛：            简报内容 30%            英语发音与流畅度   40%                        上台表现   30%

Final Round : PTT’s Content  30%   English Pronunciation and Fluency  40%   Performance  30%

 

  • 奖励办法/Prizes: 分两组评选 Each Group will have 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize and 2 outstanding awards.

第一名:每组5,000元奖金，各参赛者奖状乙只。

First prize: NT$ 5,000 & certificates.

 

第二名:每组3,000元奖金，各参赛者奖状乙只。

Second prize: NT$ 3,000 & certificates.

 

第三名:每组1,000元奖金，各参赛者奖状乙只。

Third prize: NT$ 1,000 & certificates.

 

佳作(二名):每组500元奖金，各参赛者奖状乙只。

Outstanding award: NT$500 & certificates
