 比賽規定 Regulations

  1. 本競賽分為「國際組」與「國內組」。國際組參賽資格限為修習學術英語文 (EAP) 或專業英語文 (ESP) 之國際生，以及大一學術英語文 AU1/AU2 級別與大二專業英語文高級班學生；凡多益 600 分以上者建議報名此組別；國內組限為大一學術英語文 AU3/AU4 級別以及大二專業英語文中級班學生。
    The contest is divided into the International Group and the Local Group.
    。Eligibility for International Group: DFLL students, international students taking EAP or ESP courses, and students in EAP AU1/AU2 level or ESP Advanced level classes; students with a TOEIC score above 600 should join this Group.
    。Eligibility for Local Group: students in EAP AU3/AU4 level or ESP Intermediate level classes.

  2. 海報需結合圖像創意與英文文字表達，切合對亞大校園的觀察與英語文學習的多元面向。
    The poster should combine creative visuals with clear English, showing your observations of the Asia University campus about different ways of learning English.

  3. 內容以英文撰寫，依參賽組別區分規定字數：國際組160-180字 / 國內組130-150字。須將圖片與文字合併為單面A4，並以 PDF 或 JPG 檔繳交。
    The content must be written in English with the following word count requirements: 160–180 words for the International Group and 130–150 words for the Local Group. The image and text should be combined into a single-sided A4 PDF or JPG file for submission.

  4. 作品圖片可係(1)手繪、(2)電腦繪圖、(3)原創照片(可修圖)、(4)手作成品(須以照片呈現)。
    For the required illustrations, students may use either a) free-hand drawing, b) digital drawing, c) photo (can be modified), d) craft art (should be presented in photo), which should be created or taken by themselves.

  5. 作品的圖片及內容皆需原創；如使用AI生成圖片，須註明於作品上。
    The illustrations and the content must be original. If participants use AI to create their illustrations, the use must be stated in the work.

  6. 作品右下角請務必註明「2026 English Poster Design Contest」。
    At the right bottom corner, please include the following words: “2026 English Poster Design Contest.”

  7. 採個人競賽，一人限報名一件作品。
    This is an individual contest; each student can submit only one work.

  8. 通識英文課程教師得推薦每班最多5名學生參賽。
    EAP and ESP Instructors can recommend up to 5 students per class to register the contest.
     

 網路報名 Online Registration

  1. 由語發中心網頁至線上報名連結填寫參賽資料 (需Google帳戶登入)。
    Go to the registration link and fill in register information. (you need to log in with your google account)
     
  2. 於報名頁面上傳作品檔案 (檔名: 學號+姓名)。
    Submit your work to the link. (Filename: Student ID + Name)

 注意事項 Notification

  1. 本比賽為EFL比賽，如母語為英文之學生，則不符合參賽資格，無法參加比賽。
    This is an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) contest. Students whose native language is English, or who hold citizenship/passports from a country where English is an official language, are ineligible to participate.

  2. 參賽者於參加此競賽同時，即同意接受上述各項規範，本活動辦法若有未盡事宜，主辦單位保有隨時修改、變更之權利並公告於中心網站上。若遇爭議，經本活動評審團會議決議，逕由主辦單位公告實施。
    By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by all the rules set forth herein. The organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time, with updates posted on the official website. In the event of any dispute, the judging panel's decision shall be final, and the updated terms will take effect upon public announcement by the organizer. 

  3. 如審查期間發現圖文抄襲他人作品，即取消比賽資格。
    If any plagiarism of text or images is found during the judging process, the entry will be disqualified.

  4. 若得獎者經主辦單位發現有圖文抄襲之嫌，即取消得獎資格並收回獎金。
    If a winning submission is found to contain plagiarized text or images, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the winner's award status and reclaim all prize money.

  5. 如經審查發現作品涉及侵害他人名譽，或包含色情、暴力或有礙社會風氣之內容，主辦單位有權終止該作品參賽權。
    The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission found to infringe upon the reputation of others or contain content that includes explicit, violent, or culturally inappropriate elements.

  6.  請參賽者注意比賽規定，如在比賽期間繳交之作品不符規定，將無法進入評選。
    Participants must adhere strictly to the contest regulations. Any submission that fails to comply with the rules during the contest period will be disqualified from evaluation.

 獎勵辦法 Prizes
分國際組及國內組評選，下列獎項每組各取前三名及佳作五名：
Each Group will have 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize and 5 outstanding awards.

第一名：獎金 1,200 元，獎狀乙紙。
First prize: NT$ 1,200 & certificate.

第二名：獎金 1,000 元，獎狀乙紙。
Second prize: NT$ 1,000 & certificate.

第三名：獎金 800 元，獎狀乙紙。
Third prize: NT$ 800 & certificate.

佳作(五名)：獎金 300 元，獎狀乙紙。
Outstanding awards (5 people): NT$300 & certificate
