1.      申請表格。Application form (請至語發中心網站下載http://cltr.asia.edu.tw/ Download the form at

                                                             CLTR website)

2.      英檢成績單。Proof of English proficiency test

3.      當學期修課課表。Class schedule

4.      國際生須附最近一學期之成績單及學生證註冊章，以利申請工作證。

International students need to submit a score report from the latest semester and a copy of

student ID card for work permit application.
